Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Facilitate relationships with diverse stakeholders, including district administrators, design consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Planning & Compliance: Determine facility design requirements, prepare long-range facility plans, and oversee document submissions to satisfy Kentucky Department of Education and other regulatory standards.
- Fiscal Oversight: Support financial objectives by analyzing project costs, preparing estimates, and monitoring budgets.
- Supervision: Manage internal design and construction staff, as well as external consultants and contractors, to ensure adherence to best practices and contract standards.
- Education: BA/BS degree in a related field.
- Licensure: Must possess a valid professional registration as an Architect in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and a valid driver’s license.
- The pay range for this position is $83,180 - $113,204.
