Torp Residence Architect: Paul Torp 301 East Riverside Drive, Jeffersonville, IN 47130
Originally designed in 2018 by architect Wayne Estopinal, this home began as an unfinished foundation and steel frame before being purchased by Paul and Elizabeth Torp in 2022. The project was then thoughtfully re-designed & built by architect, Design-Builder, Paul Torp and general contractor KM Stemler.Completed in October 2023, the 5,000 sq. ft. home both engages the historic Riverside Drive streetscape and reflects a modern, minimalist design approach.
Inside, the design emphasizes simplicity and openness. Concrete and wood flooring, white walls and ceilings, and expansive glass doors and windows frame panoramic views of the Ohio River and city skyline, blurring the line between indoors and outdoors. The result is a residence that balances modern living with a strong sense of place.
