5,000 sq. ft., 5 levels including Garage/Basement, First Floor Office, Second Floor Bedrooms, Main Living & Kitchen on Third Floor, Roof Terrace + Rear Guest Quarters
Exterior re-designed to compliment and to better engage with the streetscape and historic neighboring homes on Riverside Drive
Interior of house features a minimalist design including concrete and wood floors, white walls and ceilings with glass doors and windows to bring the outside in and to encompass the spectacular views of the Ohio River and city skyline.
