- Model Management and administration ensuring a healthy BIM database: Establish an efficient project set up, including documents workflow and file sharing process.
- 3D Modeling: Creation of 3D model during the design phase and previous the specific vendors come on board, in order to support the design intent as well as the early coordination process.
- Support the development of the building and show at hand by presenting the BIM model as a viewing/navigation tool to the design team.
- BIM content creation and overall oversight.
- Lead effort to establish Luckett & Farley – specific BIM standards.
- Training, education, and mentorship through weekly and monthly Revit Roundtable sessions with staff.
- Acts as liaison for BIM related subject matter both internally and externally.

Qualifications, Capabilities and Credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture, or other related field and 8 years related experience required.

- Revit Architecture and AutoCAD experience required. Expert knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit Architecture and related BIM software.
- Understanding of Architecture and Engineering systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong interpersonal communication and demonstrated oral and written presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of best practices in the use of Revit, AutoCAD and other CAD applications.
- 5 years of experience in the project-specific, BIM workflow from start to finish.
- Experience managing large complex workflow performance as a BIM Manager on Office, Mixed-use, and Residential projects (or of similar scale and scope).
- Familiarity with design applications such as Sketch-up, Form-it, Adobe Creative Suite, various rendering suites is a plus.

Oracle Design Group, Inc. and affiliates, a group of companies specializing in architecture, construction and development have an immediate position available for a qualified project architect with a minimum 5-10 years of experience.
The position is in the multifamily housing industry designing new buildings, restoring and conserving historic buildings and developing new ways of utilizing existing buildings under the direct supervision of the principal Architect. Involvement includes participation with construction projects from the earliest stages of development through completion. The candidate will be exposed to all levels of development, design and construction and be expected to operate fluidly between these areas.
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing and presenting design documents with and for the in house development team
- Assisting with agency applications for project funding
- Assisting with documentation for city agencies, planning and zoning agencies and SHPO for various states
- Producing detailed construction drawings
- Manage the project design development and production delivery
- Work with authorities on obtaining building permits, documenting code review and approvals
- Making site visits as required to facilitate the design and construction process
- Code and agency research
- Field verification and existing building surveys
- Be energetic and passionate about buildings and committed to the idea of the multi-family built environment
- Proven ability in taking projects from DD through CD's and Construction with a focus on highly detailed Multi-family projects.
- Be well versed in construction documents and details
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction materials
- Have good drawing skills and be well versed in computer-aided design (CAD), with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
- Be well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook;
- Be inventive and imaginative and be able think on one’s feet with changing situations
- Understand project management principles of scope, schedule, budget and quality
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines
- Have experience in both new construction and historic renovation projects
- Be able to quickly learn new ways to facilitate best practices
- Experience in construction administration preferred
- Licensed architect preferred
