RESPONSIBILITIES
The Architectural Design Leader will be a key player in the firm’s Workplace/Corporate Market Studio with expertise in corporate building and interior architectural design. The successful Design Leader will be a passionate advocate for collaborative design, effectively identifying and promoting the design and design process that differentiates the firm from their competition.  She/He will continuously seek out and acquire expertise in designing for corporate clients, emphasizing the team’s core areas of focus.  

The Design Leader will support the Leaders of the Corporate Market in business development efforts, identifying and developing new opportunities and services with the client’s best interest in mind.  The successful individual will be a dynamic communicator, able to engage and collaborate with clients to apply the firm’s knowledge and understanding of people and their desired experiences, and will inspire, motivate, collaborate with and mentor young professionals.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
•    10+ years of architectural design experience
•    Expertise with Fortune 500 companies and international business
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills
•    Professional or masters degree in architecture
•    Architectural registration (NCARB)
•    LEED accredited
•    Technically proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup
•    Willing to relocate
•    Relocation assistance provided
