Must have the skills necessary to be able to produce QUALITY design documents, construction details, building estimates, and project schedules and specifications on a timely basis. Must possess leadership skills for leading and directing the Design Team and Owner through all project phases. Proficiency in AutoCAD required. LEED AP, BIM and Presentation Drawing skills and experience a plus. Projects will range in all types, sizes, scopes and clients.
