Seeking Staff Architect in Ashland, KY
05/12/2010 Kelly Services is currently seeking a Registered Staff Architect for a Direct Hire placement with one of our customers in Ashland, KY. We're reaching out to you as an expert within the architectual community to see if you have any referrals in this line of business.
The Registered Architect would serve as researcher, author, designer, coordinator, and communicator of the Projects design documentation and in all of its parts including the administration of the construction contracts. The design documentation includes the scale drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents specifying the nature and quality of materials required. As the primary design professional on the project, the Registered Architect assumes professional responsibility for all of the design decisions in the Project. The Registered Architect ensures above minimum standards of compliance with The Architect s Handbook of Professional Practice and all Kentucky Revised Statutes and Kentucky Administrative Regulations.
