Established leading award winning Architectural / Planning / CM firm seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated registered Architect having strong design ability and a minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Architect / Manager. Must have the skills necessary to be able to produce QUALITY design documents, construction details, building estimates, and project schedules and specifications on a timely basis. Must possess leadership skills for leading and directing the Design Team and Owner through all project phases. Proficiency in AutoCAD required. LEED AP, BIM and Presentation Drawing skills and experience a plus. Projects will range in all types, sizes, scopes and clients.

Cincinnati based manufacturer of engineered railing systems, in business 60 years, has a position for a Regional Sales Representative (title is RSM, but no direct reports).Virtual office, can live within 6 hours of Cincinnati, minimum 35% overnight travel required, possibly more the first year.

Experience required: minimum 5-10 years selling technical, CSI coded products to architectural design markets in Mid-West, near South.

Must have experience in developing and selling through independent rep organizations, and directly to architects/contractors in non-rep areas.

Must have existing relationships with architects in at least a few markets in the territory.
