Intern Development Program 2008 “Building tour Date: final tour of finished spaces” Fleur De Lis Condominium Project Meet in conference room of Potter and Assoc. at Preston Point bldg. on Main and Preston. This is a mixed use building with a below ground parking area, retail on the ground floor, 82 condominium units on 4 floors above, and a multipurpose space on the top floor. The building is organized around two interior courtyards with landscaping and fountains. This tour will be led by project architect and development partner Henry Potter. Examine curtain wall connections to structural frame, masonry details, and green roof design. This is a great opportunity to view the construction details of the exterior skin assembly in different phases of installation.
